My Health Philosophy
Health is so much more than how you train and what you eat. My approach to health and nutrition is rooted in balance - creating a sustainable lifestyle by building habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I believe in a holistic view of health; where exercise strengthens both body and mind, and where food is about fuelling and nourishing yourself rather than restricting. My goal is to help you create a healthy lifestyle that feels effortless, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
I firmly believe that knowledge is power when it comes to nutriton and making the best food choices for you. That is why my coaching sessions will always entail an educational aspect where I teach you the fundamentals of what a healthy, well balanced diet looks like. I do this so you can have the tools to carry on the changes we implement together long term.
This approach is a key aspect of my clients’ success, and the reason they don’t experience “falling off the bandwagon” after our coaching work together ends. When you truly learn how to integrate healthy habits, lifestyle changes and a sense of balance into your life, there will be no more starting over. Each coaching journey begins with understanding you - your habits, challenges, lifestyle, and goals. Before our first session, you’ll complete a five-day food diary, which I use to perform a detailed dietary analysis, identifying patterns that support or hinder your progress. This gives me a clear picture of your current dietary habits and helps identify both strengths and areas for improvement. This process ensures that we start with the absolute most impactful changes first, with as little disruption to your current life and routine as possible.
From there, we begin with a 60-minute kick-off session, where I walk you through the dietary analysis findings, we discuss your goals in depth, and I present personalised strategies developed to help you reach them. You’ll receive a custom nutrition guide and action plan, including practical tools, meal-building principles, and tips to make your new habits feel approachable and realistic.
Our follow-up sessions take place weekly, where we review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. Each session builds on the last - ensuring you feel supported, confident, and equipped to make lasting changes that fit seamlessly into your everyday life.
