Personal training is at its core, a close collaboration between you and me.

As your trainer, my most important task is to help you achieve your goals - whether you’re new to training, struggling to find motivation to get active, or working toward a specific target. I’ll support you every step of the way and ensure that your training plan fits your current fitness level, your lifestyle, and ambitions.

Everyone starts from a different place, which means no two programs or plans are ever the same. My PT-sessions are for anyone who wants to feel supported in their training - I work with both athletes and complete beginners, and every type of person in between. After 6+ years of working as a PT I can confidently say that there is a style of exercise for everyone - it’s just about finding the way of moving that feels the very best for you.

Your training always builds on your personal ambitions and combines physical progress with a focus on mental well-being and the joy of movement. This is the stepping stone for my coaching, and the point if departure for all personal training sessions.

What style of training do you offer?

The training I offer is built on a functional training approach, focusing on strengthening the entire body and improving movement patterns for long-term health. Whilst all sessions are personalised, my training style overall is designed to enhance strength, mobility, and stability - helping prevent injuries, reduce back and neck pain, and make everyday movement feel more effortless. The goal is not just to train for a highly specific outcome, but to move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports your health in the long run.

Do you train beginners?

Yes I do! It’s never too late to start - the sooner you being moving with intention, the sooner you’ll reap the rewards. I work with both men and women who have little or no prior training experience, guiding them safely and confidently through every step. My sessions are tailored to your level and built to help you gain strength, improve technique, and develop a routine that feels motivating and achievable.

How long do I have to commit for?

I have no binding on my PT-plans. I work on a month-to-month basis, where we plan sessions a month ahead and then go from there. This allows for a lot of flexibility if you have a scheduled that changes a lot, or if you have months where you are away/can’t train at the same capacity as usual. You are only committed to the sessions we have planned for the month ahead.

Where does the training take place?

My PT-sessions take place in Sporting Health Club gyms - mainly the Kaktus Towers location at Dybbølsbro 1. Having a membership to SHC is required in order to train with me.
