My corporate training sessions are based on functional strength training — accessible to everyone, regardless of prior fitness experience.

Each session focuses on strengthening all major muscle groups, improving mobility and conditioning, and keeping the training fun, engaging, and motivating.

  • Sessions take place directly at your workplace – indoors or outdoors, depending on available facilities.

  • Groups can include up to 20 participants.

  • Everyone can join in, whether they train regularly or are just starting out.

  • I also offer combined programs, allowing your company to provide employees with both fitness and nutrition guidance.

Meet Your Trainer

My name is Helena, and I’ve been working with personal and group training since 2019, based in Copenhagen.

My background includes yoga, HIIT, functional strength, and cross-training, giving me a broad and flexible approach to movement.

My philosophy is simple: training should be fun, challenging, and motivating – something everyone can enjoy.

That’s why my sessions always include exercises that challenge both the mind and body — coordination, mobility, strength, and endurance alike.

I hold a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Global Nutrition and Health, which forms the foundation for my work as a nutrition and lifestyle coach.

If you’d like to create the best possible conditions for your employees’ well-being, I offer combined fitness and nutrition programs tailored to your company.

Pricing & Practical Details

The price of my sessions is the same whether training takes place at your workplace or outdoors at another location in Copenhagen.

Pricing is based on regular weekly sessions, depending on whether you’d like training once, twice, or three times per week.

If you prefer fewer sessions (for example, twice per month), we can create a custom arrangement that fits your company’s schedule.

If you decide to book a training program, the first three months are binding.

After that, cancellation is possible with one month’s notice, effective from the end of the current month.

Payments are made via invoice on the 1st of each month for the following month’s sessions.

The first three months are invoiced together before the program begins.
